Located in Birchwood Farms and Country Club, the Round House is a large, furnished home available for rental year round in the Petosky and Harbor Springs area of Northern Michigan. Enjoy skiing in the winter, golfing in the summer, and many other seasonal recreational activities throughout the year.

This beautiful four-bedroom vacation home is located six minutes north of Harbor Springs, Michigan. The unique Round House has a semi-circular great room with a large conversation pit in front of the fireplace. The great room, with its cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, provides a scenic view of the surrounding woods, and is the focus for leisure activities.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, vanity area and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a king-size bed. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway next to the second bedroom.

A circular staircase leads to the second level, which overlooks the great room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, and assorted condiments. A microwave oven, automatic dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, outdoor barbecue grill, clothes washer, dryer and iron are availablel for your convenience. A pool table is set up in the finished basement and several board games are provided.

Cleaning service is provided after tenants depart. Additional cleaning services are provided on a weekly basis during longer tenancy at extra cost.
